NOTICE

 Will be sold to the highest bidder on the 1st day of December next, at the late residence of James Pettit near Conasauga, between sixty and seventy acres of
CORN
as it stands in the field, and from six to seven hundred bushels of Corn in the crib, and twenty five stacks of
FODDER
ALSO,on the 21 of December, at the house of Edward Adair, seventeen head of CATTLE, and one likely negro man, named
GABRIEL,
all levied on as the property of James Pettit, to satisfy a judgment obtained against said Pettit in favor of Elizabeth Pettit.- The above property will be sold unless redeemed.

NOTICE
 To all whom it may concern that the undersigned having been appointed Administrators on the estate of Shoe Boots, deceased, we hereby notify all persons indebted to the estate to come forward and make payment, and all persons having claims against the estate to present them for payment within twelve months at the expiration of which time they will be debarred payment, on the claims, if any there be, as the law directs.

CAUTION.

 I forewarn all persons from trading for three notes of hand, given by me to Robert Vann sometime in the month of March last, each for two hundred dollars first due in 1830, second in 1831, and the third in 1832, as I do not intend to pay them unless compelled by law.
